Kiener Plaza Health and Wellness Event Series
Jamie has been practicing yoga since her sophomore year in high school. What began as a way to stretch before and after workouts soon became an exercise to align her body and spirit. Jamie’s approach to yoga is empowering rather than intimidating, and she does not limit herself to yoga on the mat. In addition to teaching yoga classes and contributing as faculty in Yoga Buzz teacher training, Jamie leads a local chapter of GirlTrek, an inspiring health movement.
