In 2005 I visited St. Louis so I could watch a week full of Cardinal games in Busch Stadium II. I was fortunate enough to be able to reserve a room in the millennium during my stay. I
Don’t remember what floor I was on but I was fortunate enough to look out my window and see Busch II and the new stadium being built. I do remember one of the first things I did once I got situated with my room was that I walked out the main doors and glanced over at the arch. The other convenience I was fortunate to encounter was I was a block away from the stadium. Which anllo my to walk to and from each game. Back at home in PA watching games on tv I always felt that the millennium was as iconic as the arch.
