Amanda Goldsmith
Director, Philanthropy and External Affairs
Amanda Goldsmith leads the philanthropic and communications teams at Gateway Arch Park Foundation. Since joining the Foundation in December 2019, Goldsmith has led the organization through a transition of its philanthropic program initially focused on a capital project to a robust and diversified annual giving program.
Goldsmith is considered a leader in donor engagement and stewardship, corporate partnerships, and nonprofit strategic development. She is on the board of directors and chair of the Development Committee for Keyway (formerly the Center for Women in Transition) and is a previous executive board member and co-chair of the Mission and Events Committee of the American Cancer Society Associate Board of Ambassadors in St. Louis.
With a background in philanthropy and law, Goldsmith previously served as the Director of Development at Saint Louis University School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in Missouri and Illinois, and is a member of the Illinois Bar Association Standing Committee on Legal Education, Admission and Competence, where she's also served in several leadership roles.
She holds a B.A. in political science from the University of Kentucky, an MPA from Saint Louis University, and Juris Doctor with a certificate in employment law from Saint Louis University School of Law. In her free time, she is an avid reader and enjoys traveling, concerts and Kentucky basketball.
